REOPENING PROTOCOLS FOR DAILY PRAYERS AND JUMU’AH PRAYER

• Self-screen before entering.

• Perform Wudu at home.  Lavatories are closed.

• Must wear a face mask.

• Bring your own prayer rug/mat.

• Complete Entry Registration and sign liability waiver form upon arrival.

• Take temperature using the touchless thermometer.

• Maintain social distancing - keep 6 feet apart at all times.

• No physical contact.

• Avoid contact with any surfaces as much as possible.

• Leave immediately after offering.

Salat Self-Screening Questionnaire

If you answer YES to any of the below questions, then you are NOT ALLOWED to participate in the daily prayers or Jumu’ah Prayer

• Have you had any direct contact with confirmed or presumptive • case of Coronavirus within the last 14 days?

• Did you have any symptoms in the last 14 days of fever, cough, shortness of breath, headache, sore throat, diarrhea, muscle pains, chills or respiratory illness?

• Did you have a fever in the last 24 hours or feel hot or feverish (temperature equal or above 100°F (must be fever free for the last 24 without taking any medication)?

• Is there anyone currently sick at your home with any of the above symptoms?

• Have you recently travelled internationally or domestically within the past 14 days?

Masjidullah reserves the right to deny individuals entry to the Masjid if they fail to adhere to the above

guidelines.
